Rooting Service for clogged drains:

$185 - IF clean out exists

Addl $45 if toilet must be pulled, or on the roof through the vent is accessed

Carpet Cleaning 

Each room $105 (a regular size hallway is considered a room) , $4 per step 

Stains and pet deodorize are extra and are not included in this price. 


Basic housecleaning 

Light clean: $100 

Medium clean: $200

Heavy clean: $300 

Haul off:  Price varies depending on how much is left, how heavy items are and if the city will pick up from the curb

Yard/Lawn Care 

Mow/Edge: $50 - $100 

Add Dirt: $50 - $100 

Trim Hedges: $50 - $100 

Add Sod: $200 - $600 

Weed/Mulch: $100 - $200 

*Avg. yard care typically costs $150

Paint 

Price varies depending on previous paint color, sheetrock damage, square footage and additional items needing paint besides walls.
