Maintenance Agreement 

TOOLS - Tools owned by the property management company should be cataloged with serial numbers and ket in a safe place. Safety and security of the equipment is the duty of the maintenance tech who has possession of said tools.

 KEYS - Keys should be protected with as much diligence as other sensitive data. Keys should never be available laying around maintenance office. Possession of keys to a rent house carries a level of responsibility. If you find yourself with possession over night, place the keys in a non-visible safe place. Only use the key as directed by the property manager.

 RENT/MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL - Renting a property should occure just as if you were not providing maintenance services. However, company policy will be that if a rent debt is owed prior to performing a maintenance function, you must get approval first from the property manager.
